This blog is about training and racing mountain bikes in southern ontario. I've been racing for about 3 years now, each year has gotten more serious. I just recently graduated from sport class to expert class. This blog is about my races and other thoughts about biking and life.

Just wanted to give a shout out to my boy Ian!
Ian had some health problems early in the off season but seems to be pulling through and getting strong again. Just wanted to say keep it up! Look forward to racing with you again!
