This blog is about training and racing mountain bikes in southern ontario. I've been racing for about 3 years now, each year has gotten more serious. I just recently graduated from sport class to expert class. This blog is about my races and other thoughts about biking and life.
Had the second Ocup of the season today, it was at Albion.
I finished is 2hr 30mins and it hurt. I'll write more soon about what I learned, but for now check out all the photos here:
