This blog is about training and racing mountain bikes in southern ontario. I've been racing for about 3 years now, each year has gotten more serious. I just recently graduated from sport class to expert class. This blog is about my races and other thoughts about biking and life.
This is a great shot of Ian at the camp site during Hot August Nights 24hr race. It was last summer. I can't wait until this season.
